How to Order
 

The ONLY forms of payment we can take are:

1. Credit or Debit card via PayPal.
Please use the shopping basket on our website

The delivery cost is included in the item price of all UK orders.

Most orders are usually despatched within 48 hours using first class post.

Heavier orders (over about a Kilo will usually be sent via Parcel Force).

More valuable orders will often be sent recorded, special delivery or with additional compensation.

For orders outside the UK please see International shipping .

Stock levels

We hold very limited stocks (lots of games and even some hardware we may only have one of).

This means that although most of the time anything you order will be in stock - we cannot absolutely guarantee it.

So if you're thinking of buying something, don't delay order today - before someone else does.

It also means that we cannot guarantee to sell you something at the price listed.

General

All games and other software are genuine originals with all instructions and manuals but unboxed (unless stated otherwise).

All prices are in U.K. pounds and are fully inclusive,  there is no minimum order value.

Orders from the U.K. are free postage - See Delivery details for more details and if ordering outside the UK.

All second user items are fully tested in good condition unless otherwise stated.

All motherboards are sold fully populated with all chips and connectors, in full working order unless stated otherwise.

Any discount / special offers cannot be combined.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order and receive a full refund within Seven working days after the date of delivery . This does not apply to software that you have unsealed.

Guarantee
 

All hardware is covered by our 90 day replacement guarantee for hardware found to be defective within this period  (UK orders only). It will be the customers responsibility to return the item including all delivery costs.

All software is covered by our 30 day replacement guarantee for software found to be defective within this period  (UK orders only). It will be the customers responsibility to return the item including all delivery costs.
